Hello, I'm Sarah Eglin, founder of Eglin Health and a Registered Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner (mBANT).

My journey to becoming a holistic health nutritionist is founded on over a decade of personal experience successfully navigating chronic illness and recovering my vitality. I combine rigorous scientific knowledge with real-world application, offering bespoke nutritional therapy and health programmes designed for profound, lasting wellness.

  • Disciplined Professional Background: My prior career as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a highly competitive endurance athlete ensures a disciplined, structured, and results-focused approach to your health programmes.

The foundation of every health programme we offer is the 5 Pillars of Health—a holistic framework I developed and personally implemented during my recovery. We use these core areas to transition the body from a diseased state back to robust health:
