Booking & Process

  • All programme bookings and initial triage calls are managed through our Consolidated Booking Hub. You can find the hub link in the site header or click here to go directly to our Book Your Appointment page.

  • Yes, prior to your initial consultation, you will be sent a welcome pack that includes several essential forms for completion online. This typically includes a comprehensive Health Questionnaire, a 3-day Food Diary, and the mandatory Terms & Conditions for signing. We may also send additional, specific forms (such as a Perceived Stress Score questionnaire) based on your initial case review.

  • We require payment in advance of your appointment. Full details regarding payment, cancellation, and our rescheduling policy can be found on our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy page.

Methodology & Testing

  • The Eglin Methodology is our unique, evidence-based approach combining our 4 Key Systems Assessment and the 6 Pillars of Health to deliver highly personalised nutritional therapy and lifestyle medicine that targets the root causes of symptoms.   • Functional testing is always optional and highly individualised. We may recommend comprehensive tests (e.g., gut microbiome or hormone panels) based on your case, but we excel at creating effective protocols even without testing.   • No. We find prescriptive meal plans too restrictive and difficult to sustain. We provide meal and snack ideas and guidance to fit your unique tastes and lifestyle, ensuring the changes you make are long-lasting.
