Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

This document outlines the payment requirements and cancellation policies for all services provided by Sarah Eglin Nutrition Limited (Company Number 13902223), trading as Eglin Health.  By booking and paying for an appointment, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.

Payment Terms

All initial Triage Calls and consultations must be paid in full in advance at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. For our 1-2-1 Health Programmes, clients may select one of the following two options:

  • Option 1: Full Payment in Advance: The entire programme fee is paid at the time of booking.

  • Option 2: Three Instalments: Payment is split into three parts:

    • Deposit: 50% of the total programme fee is due at the time of booking.

    • Instalment 1: 25% of the total programme fee is due one month after the booking date.

    • Instalment 2: The final 25% of the total programme fee is due two months after the booking date.

All payments must clear by their respective due dates to ensure continuity of service.

Example (based on a £425 programme): A 50% deposit (£212.50) is due at booking, followed by two payments of 25% (£106.25 each) one and two months later.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We operate a strict policy regarding the cancellation and rescheduling of appointments. We require a minimum notice period to allow us to offer the slot to another client seeking support.

  • Notice Period: 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule and provide sufficient notice (as specified above), your paid fee will be applied to the new appointment date.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or seek to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit 100% of the consultation fee.

Note: Programme fees are non-refundable after the programme has commenced.

Lateness and Technical Issues (Virtual Appointments)

As Eglin Health is a fully virtual practice, we rely on timely attendance and a stable internet connection.

  • Lateness: Please inform us immediately if you anticipate being late. While we will endeavour to utilise the remaining scheduled time, if insufficient time is left to cover the consultation material, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee policy will apply.

  • Technical Issues: If a consultation cannot proceed due to technical failure (internet, video link, etc.) on the client's side, and the issue cannot be resolved swiftly, the appointment will be deemed a late cancellation, and the policy terms above will apply.

Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds on services already rendered. Requests for refunds prior to the commencement of services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Programme fees are non-refundable after the initial consultation has taken place.
